Wow what a blessing!

Last week, I lost my keys. Actually, Scott and I drove my car out of the garage with his keys - mine were on the roof of the car. If you can follow me, you can imagine what happened - keys were lost to a snow drift somewhere. What despair! Especially since I carry remote entry keys to BOTH of our cars, house keys, work keys etc. YIKES. Not sure how to even GET a new set. Well, that brings us to the blessing. Peggy will by happy to know, that the blessing was partly due to a chocolate labradour retriever newly rescued by my neighbor from the humane society. Now I'd never met my neighbor. He was out walking his dog (in the -20 weather we so know and love around here) when he happened upon my keys!! This is why the dog gets credit - no one in their right mind strolls around the neighborhood this time of year unless they have a furry friend that needs to run off some energy. The guy actually took the time to call all of the stores that I had keyring tags for until someone would give him my name! It's so neat to come across people who care!
